"Post Natal" - no matter how smoothly baby has arrived, your physical and emotional body has been through quite an epic adventure and probably in need of some re-balancing! Allow friends and family to treat you to 2 treatments either one after the other or on separate days as suits you!

A 50 minute CranioSacral Therapy treatment to hugely calm your nervous system and consequently allow the physical and emotional body to reset.

A 60 minute Myofascial Massage including hot stones to warm, release and lengthen your fascia (main connective tissue) to enhance your flexibility OR a gentle ScarWork treatment if you have had a C-section (read more under the Myofascial Massage & More section).                                      £100 for the two (£5 off), if first appointment £110
